I have used Solihull Taxi Cabs for the past three years for the purpose of transporting my elderly (98 years young) mother to various placs each week. On average my mother uses the services of Solihull Taxi cabs atleast 8 times per week. We have always found the drivers to be kind and courteous and more importantly totally reliable. We needed a taxi with wheelchair access to transport my mum for her COVID vaccination. Your comoany helped turn what was initially a very stressful time for my mum into something almost enjoyable by providing a 1st class journey there and back. Firstly the Office called back to confirm my requirements when we got cut off which was very reasuring. The very friendly driver turned up on time and dealt with getting mum and wheelchair into the taxi. He also waited until after the appointment to bring her home. I can't fault the service and would recommend to anyone.

I booked a car with full wheelchair access 24 hours in advance to take my 96 year old mother to a clinical appointment. Although I'd booked in a way that gave us 10 minutes greeting space, when the car hadn't turned up 10 minutes after the booked time and I'd received no call I phoned the office number. It rang out for a minute and then cut out. Tried again, same result. By this time the car was 15 minutes late so tried again and was told the car was still 8 minutes away which would have made it too late for her appointment. I know that things go wrong but the failure of a car to turn up with 20 minutes of the appointed time and the failure to notify me in advance that there was a problem caused massive problems for me and distress for my mum. Can anyone suggest a reliable alternative taxi sim in Solihull with wheelchair access?

I have used Solihull taxi cabs several times recently to take my wife in wheelchair to appointments at hospital. The service has been first class. The drivers being more than helpful in getting the wheelchair and patient out of the house and into the cab. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes when telephoning fir the reverse journey after the appointment. Excellent service

Wonderful service. Booked a wheelchair accessible taxi to take my dad from Solihull to Walmley and back. The driver, Mayorben ( sorry about the spelling!) was great. He was polite and considering it never stopped raining and he got wet four times, he was still smiling. Definitely would use them again.
